Our Fruit Mince Pies are a holiday classic that combines tradition with the finest ingredients. Each pie is made with premium Australian Copper Tree Farm butter, nestled in a perfectly flaky shortcrust. These pies are filled to the brim with brandy-soaked currants, raisins, citrus peel, and apples, all gently sautéed in butter and brown sugar, with a hint of our secret spice blend. Perfect for holiday gatherings or cosy nights in, our mince pies come in fresh six or fifteen-packs, as well as convenient frozen six-packs, so you can enjoy them freshly baked at home whenever the craving strikes.
In addition to our Fruit Mince Pies, we’re stoked to bring back a few other holiday classics that are perfect for gifting or indulging. Our Gingerbread People, handcrafted with care, are spiced just right to bring a smile to anyone’s face. And then there’s our Macadamia Shortbread – a golden-baked treat made with Australian Copper Tree Farm butter and macadamias. This buttery shortbread crumbles just right and melts in your mouth, best enjoyed by hand. Finally, we have our decadent Panforte, a treat made for true food lovers.
