
The Easter season is here, and Bourke Street Bakery is bustling with the delightful scents of our special holiday treats. As autumn fills the air, our ovens are working overtime to bring you a collection of Easter favourites, made with the finest ingredients and handmade with care.
We’re delighted to bring back our Traditional Hot Cross Bun Six Pack and Chunky Chocolate and Cranberry Four Pack, both a Bourke St. classic. Each treat is made with high-quality ingredients and handmade fresh, daily. These be can also be enjoyed as singles in-store.
We’ve decided to bring back our Rocky Road, packed with luscious Belgium chocolate and marshmallows, along with our Chocolate Amaretti Biscuits. These delectable biscuits blend rich chocolate with the subtle sweetness of almonds, creating the perfect treat to enjoy with your Easter coffee.
This year, we’re also excited about our collaboration with Brix Distillery to bring you Rum Butter, a Surry Hills local product that is an addition to your Easter table or fridge in general. Spread it over warm bread, fresh croissants, or in true Easter fashion, over your hot cross buns!
And of course, our Hot Cross Loaf is making a comeback! It’s a classic for us and a take on the traditional hot cross buns, baked with spices and fruits.
