Q. CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
A. Yes, you can add more items by placing a new order. Please include your original order number in the ‘Any Special Requests?’ section to link the orders.
Q. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?
A. Currently, we do not offer delivery services.
Q. CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM ORDERS?
A. We are unable to accommodate custom orders or special requests due to our capacity constraints, as all items are handcrafted.

A. Absolutely! When reviewing your shopping cart, you’ll find an option to select your items to be prepared HOT or COLD before proceeding to payment.
Q. IS YOUR FLOUR ORGANIC?
A. Our flour is sustainably sourced and ASP certified, emphasising pesticide-free practices from growth to harvest. It is not labelled as organic.
Q. CAN I ORDER PRE-SLICED BREAD?
A. We offer pre-slicing for all our loaves, typically cut to approximately 14mm thickness.

Q. WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
A. Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before collection. For larger or specialty orders, such as mini sweet pastries, potato buns, sliders, and personalised cakes, we recommend ordering at least a few days in advance as detailed on our online catering site.
