Opened in 2016, the Banksmeadow location of Bourke Street Bakery is nestled in the heart of Banksmeadow. This store marks a significant expansion in our operations, originally shared with our Alexandria and Marrickville locations. Though Marrickville continues to produce pies and sausage rolls, Banksmeadow focuses on crafting a variety of fresh bakery products.
Banksmeadow also houses our head office and offers sourdough masterclasses on Saturdays. These classes invite enthusiasts to learn the art of sourdough making directly from our experienced bakers in a practical, engaging setting.
Visitors to the Banksmeadow store can immerse themselves in the classic Bourke Street Bakery experience, featuring our freshly baked sourdough, delectable pastries, robust coffee, and signature pies and sausage rolls.
